Our Architectural Commitments
The foundational engineering and ethical principles embedded into the SchoolEasy platform.
Subscribing institutions retain exclusive ownership and copyright over all student demographics, attendance registers, marks, syllabus, and financial payment records. SchoolEasy claims zero proprietary rights in school datasets.
We strictly reject commercial advertising, tracking pixels, behavioral monitoring, and third-party data broker monetization across all web and mobile interfaces. The platform is engineered exclusively for education.
Institutional files, syllabus attachments, notices, and leave medical documents are stored in enterprise-grade private cloud storage with strict backend access controls, preventing unauthenticated external retrieval.
Every database record, query, and API call is partitioned by unique organizational identifiers. Strict authorization middleware prevents cross-institutional access or data leakage between campus networks.
